DONATION REQUESTS

The Modesto Roadsters are proud to support the community that supports us. Giving back is an important part of who we are, and we are honored to consider donation requests from local nonprofit organizations, schools, youth sports teams, and community groups throughout the Central Valley.

Because of the high volume of requests we receive, submission of a request does not guarantee a donation. All requests are reviewed based on availability, community impact, and alignment with the Roadsters’ mission and values.

ELIGIBILITY

To be considered for a donation, organizations must meet the following guidelines:

  • Must be a nonprofit organization, school, youth team, or community-based group
  • Must serve the Modesto area or surrounding Central Valley communities
  • Must submit the request at least 30 days before the event or deadline
  • Must use the donation for a charitable fundraiser, community event, or nonprofit purpose

We are unable to fulfill requests for individuals, political organizations, or for-profit businesses.

TYPICAL DONATION ITEMS

Approved requests may receive one of the following, based on availability:

  • Ticket vouchers
  • Team merchandise
  • Promotional items
  • Other Roadsters experience-based items

Donation type and quantity may vary.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

Please complete the Donation Request Form

Your request should include:

  • Organization name
  • Contact person
  • Phone number and email address
  • Event name
  • Event date
  • Description of your organization and event
  • How the donation will be used
  • Deadline for response or delivery

Incomplete requests may not be considered.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please allow up to 5 to 7 days for review. If your request is approved, a member of our team will contact you directly.

Due to demand, the Modesto Roadsters may limit the number of donations provided to any one organization during a calendar year.
